It says on the container. I usually drink it during my workout. And you only have to drink it once a day. If you take it before bed. Make sure you take it one hour before you go to bed.
I just take Whey protein, with 5 grams (1 teaspoon) of Creatine Monohydrate in the same shaker cup... works for me, but I take 3 shakes a day and eat very clean!
Just make sure you only work individual body parts only 2 times per week, don't work out more than 4 or 5 days a week, have two days off. Increase your protein and fresh steamed vegetables, and decrease carbs. I only have 60 grams of carbs per day, 1 hour before working out...
