You need to relax your neck and pay very good attention to your abdominal muscles, you really need to feel your abds working, otherwise you are gonna do the effort with your neck.
last time my neck went stiff after i was following a different pilates video. the thing is i have to turn my head to view the pc so i can keep up. what do i do? :(

Guys, try winsor pilates. It has all of these exercises in the advanced body slimming section. My abs look pretty nice. A lil definition, but my tummy is always flat.
