how can you prove Lee killed him. He was never convicted for the murder, only charged, so therefore in the eyes of the law is innocent until proven guilty.
You can't base your opinion on the Warren Commission. Evidence in that report is circumstantial and if Lee had lived to be tried in court, this evidence would not have been enough to convict him. Seems rather approriate that he was assasinated then.

How can you prove it thoe? There was even a show on discovery channel called (JFK Inside the Target car) They were tracking down every possibilitie of where the shot came from. And obviously it was from sixth floor of the musuem building. They even found the rifle he used.
Almost every evidence or peice to the puzzle they found lead back to oswald..
