wrong wrong wrong wrong. wrong wrong wrong wrong. ur wrong! you want a toned cut physique not a buch of muscle hidden under a layer of fat while i wouldnt go as low as ten pounds i would say 15 or 20 with a lot of repitions is best. diet is key to as most of your physique comes from your diet

i can already tell you know nothing about physical fitness.
thats called aerobics and you aint gonna get a fight club look from doing just that.
doing 10 pounds 300 times'll add up and give you a nice feminine physique. if you want a muscular build you gotta lift like a man.
300 pounds 10 times is way better than 10 pounds 300 times.
